Terms of Service

1. The service

Underspace provides impersonal statistical and analytical information of general and regular circulation. It is not an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker or dealer, and no adviser–client relationship is created by use of the service.

2. Performance figures

All performance figures are hypothetical, simulated or backtested, do not represent actual trading, exclude execution and liquidity risk, and are not indicative of future results. Individual results vary.

Results shown are generated by simulation or backtesting over the stated period and instruments, net of the stated cost model (fees, slippage, funding). Where a return figure is displayed, the maximum drawdown over the same period is displayed with it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

4. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Polar. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. If the service was materially unavailable during a billing period, contact lamp@underspace.ai within 30 days and we will refund that period. Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the data or statistics without written permission, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it to provide advice to third parties.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underspace is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
