Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, authentication provider, hashed password (for email accounts), and subscription plan. Usage data: feature usage counters (for example, analog lookups) and the strategies, alerts and settings you create in the product.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect brokerage or exchange account credentials, balances, holdings, or any financial profile. The product has no access to your real trading accounts.

3. Processors

We run on Vercel (web hosting), Railway (API and database hosting), Polar (subscription billing) and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only the data required for its function. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies for sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account exists and for up to 30 days after deletion. To delete your account and data, email lamp@underspace.ai from your account address.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Transport is encrypted (TLS). Access to production data is limited to the operators of the service.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced in the product.
